Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Tour Timing and Availability

Tour times and availability are subject to change due to weather, local events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pick-up times may vary slightly depending on the location and traffic conditions.

Health and Safety

The desert safari involves physically demanding activities such as dune bashing, camel riding, and sandboarding. Participants should be in good health and free from any serious medical conditions.
Pregnant women, young children, and individuals with back or heart problems are not recommended to join certain activities, such as dune bashing.
Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide or driver during the safari.

Children and Age Limits

Children under 3 years old are typically not permitted on certain activities, such as dune bashing and camel rides. Please confirm at the time of booking.
Special child rates may apply for children aged 3–12 years. Children over 12 years are considered adults.

Liability Disclaimer

The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the safari.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behaves inappropriately or dangerously during the tour.

Weather and Force Majeure

The desert safari may be canceled or rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, or other unforeseen events beyond the operator’s control.
In such cases, alternative arrangements or a full refund will be provided.

Photography and Filming

The operator reserves the right to take photographs or videos of participants during the tour for promotional purposes. By booking the tour, you consent to the use of these images for marketing or media purposes.

Amendments to Booking

Any changes to the booking, such as date changes or activity modifications, must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Some amendments may incur an additional charge.

Food and Dietary Restrictions

The standard desert safari dinner includes traditional BBQ meals. If you have dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies, etc.), please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate your needs.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may be served at certain safari camps. Consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

Behavior and Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, physical violence, verbal abuse, or unsafe actions, may result in termination of the tour without refund.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations of the tour caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government action
