• Advance booking is required and subject to availability.

• Pickup and drop-off are available from Dubai hotels/residences only; extra charges may apply for other locations.

• Children under 3 years, pregnant women, and guests with back, heart, or mobility issues are not permitted for dune bashing.

• The safari is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of unsafe desert conditions.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver/guide.

• Seat belts must be worn at all times during dune bashing.

• Optional activities such as quad biking or dune buggy rides are available at additional cost.

• No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations; free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour.

• The company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

• Timings may vary slightly depending on sunset/sunrise and desert location.

• Modest, comfortable clothing is recommended; sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen are advised.

• Overnight camping is in tents or seating areas; luxury tents may be available at an additional cost.
